Cancellation Policy

1. **Cancellation Notice**: We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid charges.  Cancellations should be made via phone or text message.  We will confirm your change via email.

2. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of the full day rate.

48-hour cancellations will incur a half-day rate.

3. **No-Show Policy**: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation will result in a charge equal to the full service price.

4. **Refunds**: All deposits/payments are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made within the appropriate notice period.

5. **Exceptions**: We understand that emergencies can happen.  We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
